Purchased a new commercial interior lockset and had it re-keyed. Customer service was outstanding, demonstrating the replacement pointers when installing the new lockset.
Quenten installed three new deadbolts. I was a bit nervous having holes drilled into oversized, hard to replace, old doors but he did a great job and didn't rush the work. He made sure everything was done right.

Yes. JK Locksmith Co. runs a walk-in storefront at 47705 West Rd, Suite B101 in Wixom, on the southwest corner of Beck Rd. and West Rd just north of I-96. The shop is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and closed on weekends.
The shop keeps over 100 keys in stock, including the odd ones: flat steel keys, mailbox keys, cabinet and tool box keys, padlock keys and even skeleton keys. You can email a picture to jklock@jklocksmith.com to check whether a key is in stock. Some keys need to be brought into the shop to identify.
Possibly. Desk, filing cabinet and tool box locks can carry a manufacturer code on the face. Give the shop the manufacturer and the code and they will check whether generating a key for your lock is possible.
Car key duplication and programming is one of the shop's main auto services. Send the make and model of your vehicle through the contact form and the shop will get back to you the following business day. If you have lost your car keys they may be able to help, and they recommend getting a second key made.

Yes. There are several safes in the showroom and access to hundreds more to order, from brands including American Security (Amsec), Hayman, Hollon, Gardall and FireKing. The shop also handles safe combination changes, safe opening, servicing and repair, vaults and safety deposit, and delivers the safes it sells.
